It is important to note that the same username and password are used to access WebAdvisor, MyHCC (Blackboard), HCC Wireless Internet, Hawkmail 365, and Smarthinking. In the future, feel free to utilize the self-service password reset options, or contact us again if you are unable to complete the process below:
Step 1. Open your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc) and go to the HCC Website at http://hccfl.edu/.
Step 2. Click the HawkNet link, located on the left side of the page or the top navigation. You will be taken to a new page.
Step 3. Scroll down, and click the NetID link.
Step 4. Click on Go to NetID.
Step 5. If you do not know your USERNAME, click I don't know my username. Complete the fields, and click on the Lookup button.
Step 6. If you do not know your PASSWORD, click I don't know my password. Complete the fields, and click on the Reset Password button.
If you change your password the password will change for ALL of the following systems: WebAdvisor and HCC Wireless Internet.
Step 7. Select Domain - Enter Username.
Step 8. Select Manage My Passwords.
